Assiah, the realm of humans, and Gehenna, the realm of demons.
Normally, these two dimensions would never intersect,
but having possessed all material substances,
the demons are now intruding on the material world.
But among the human race, there are those who can exorcist such demons – the Exorcists.

Blue Exorcist, a highly popular manga series by Kazue Kato, began its serialization in 2009 in Shueisha’s monthly shonen manga magazine Jump Square and has over 25 million copies in print.

The Blue Exorcist anime project started off in 2011 as the TV anime series Blue Exorcist.
Following the release of the TV series, Blue Exorcist: The Movie was released in 2012,
integrating anime-specific story elements with the original story from the manga.

And now, from October 2024, Blue Exorcist -Shimane Illuminati Saga-
continues with two new, consecutive cours.

-Beyond the Snow Saga- explores the story of Shura Kirigakure as she confronts her destiny,
and the darkness within the Knights of the True Cross comes to light.
-The Blue Night Saga- reveals the secrets surrounding the birth of Rin and Yukio Okumura –
and the truth behind the “Blue Night.”

The story unfolds as the core of Blue Exorcist is finally revealed…!
