1st Quirk: Can be passed onto other users, retains the quirks of previous users for the current user to wield.
2nd Quirk: Stockpiles energy which grants the user superhuman strength, speed, durability, and reflexes. Accumulated energy superchaerges the user's other Quirks.
3rd Quirk: Can alter the speed of objects the user touches.
4th Quirk: Allows the user to temporarily store kinetic energy that can be released all at once.
5th Quirk: Grants the user a precognitive sixth sense that allows them to detect danger before it can harm them.
6th Quirk: The user can create prehensile black tendrils from their hands.
7th Quirk: The user can produce an opaque purple smoke.
8th Quirk: The user can freely float through the air.

I noticed that his full cowl has a blueish tint to it now, like the sparks and everything. I feel like that means he’s past 45% of just ofa, not including the other quirks that he combined to basically create a mock 120%
