What people don't understand how Erza defeat Irene here is that, first, Eza's sword Benizakura is a demon slaying sword, which can slay even dragons and dragon slayer alike, and second, it was enchanted by Wendy who is a dragon slayer, and thirdly, its because despite Irene saying Erza was a burden, she still love her daughter and willingly dies for her daughter

This shit is an actual meteor not some hollow town level meteor which Madara summoned or that Hollow city-level moon which they displayed in the movie

The plot armour is insane in this arc. No way erza disnintegrated a meteor, survived and even managed to cut Irene's dragon form and again survived because Irene killed herself.
