IDK why, but Holmes eating his lunch in his usual sophisticated manor just puts a dumb grin on my face.
So what is he eating?
"But what IS Holmes eating?" you may ask.
Since its got meat and potatoes inside it, its probably a Bedfordshire Clanger! Look it up on Google, you'll see that its chunks of beef and potato along with other vegetables, encased in a long parcel of puff pastry. Its a pretty regional British dish (Bedfordshire is where you'd mostly find it, and its hard to get it out of that one area) so its not surprising that Ritsuka wouldn't know what it is.
A beef wellington would be a log of beef covered in mustard, then covered in a mushroom paste, then covered in pancakes, then enclosed in puff pastry. If you cut it open, you'd pretty much just see beef since the other ingredients are just thin layers. The other closest option is a Buckinghamshire bacon badger, which is another very regional dish most people wouldn't have heard of. But that one is rolled up like a swiss roll cake, so it looks different on the inside. I'm pretty sure its gotta be a clanger since its just a mix of meat and potatoes!
In case somebody don't know, Yes Holmes, Moriarty, and Jekyll & Hyde are real people in the Nasuverse, not just fictional characters. Holmes and Helena were friends and went hiding together in Himalayas after they faked their death. Sadly, Helena was killed there by the assassins pursuing her.

This kind of reminds me of Overlord, where Ainz's subordinates are constantly over-analyzing everything he says and does like he's a super genius, when in reality a lot of the time he's just winging it and/or fumbling along.
