IIRC there was a pun in the original version. The word for tall is pronounced the same as cautious, so the Li Shuwens come out not wanting to fight.

For many mages, Holy Grails are incredibly rare miraculous artifacts that will either make them rich or fulfill their wishes.
For Chaldea, they’re just mats. Really rare mats, but still encounter them by the dozens.
Hmm, in an attempt to integrate with the lore, the big surplus of Holy Grails could be the only method Alaya has of helping Humanity in the F/GO branch timeline.
