the character development in this series for this season has been amazing, you can see how everyone is growing, emilia magic is becoming more powerful, subaru is learning how to use his head without messing it as much as before, beatrice is expressing herself with less pride to others, garfiel is becoming more skilled in combat, etc, there are series with characters who hardly evolve from what they started with so in comparison it feels nice to see it so clearly, season 2 was tedious but 3 went all in from the beginning

I honestly did not like this fight at all the director tried too hard to make the choreography be good and for it to like be memorable enough to contend with other best ever fights as a result it honestly felt messy as hell and weird camera angles especially u just didnt know what was going on u couldnt cause even the director didnt know what was going on😂

Honestly this animation is terribly messy and uncoordinated. They tried too hard to make it flashy an didn't try hard enough to make it coherent. poo

С одной стороны, анимация крутая, удары чувствуются, видно, что вложились в экшен. Но с другой… ну вот серьезно? Этот Гарфиель. Весь такой пафосный, кричит про своих братьев и сестер, а потом его так легко откидывают. И его противник, этот синий гигант… Вроде мощный, но его действия тоже какие-то… неуклюжие? И почему он вообще слушает эти крики? Почему не добивает сразу?
Это же типичная проблема, которая меня в аниме постоянно бесит. Персонажи ведут себя так, как будто они на сцене, а не в смертельной схватке. Их диалоги, их реакции – все это выглядит преувеличенным и ненатуральным. Этот Гарфиель, который вроде бы должен быть опытным бойцом, действует как подросток в истерике. А его противник… Ну, он просто большой и сильный, но без какой-либо видимой тактики или интеллекта.
И эти зрители на фоне… Они просто стоят и смотрят, как будто на цирковое представление. Никакого ощущения реальной паники или страха. Это все выглядит как декорации для того, чтобы показать "крутой" бой, но без реальной глубины.
Вот такие моменты и вызывают ощущение, что персонажи часто просто глупые марионетки, которые делают то, что нужно для драмы, а не то, что логично для их характеров или ситуации. Это не персонажи, которые "базарят за себя", это персонажи, которых заставляет говорить и действовать сценарист.
Конечно, можно сказать, что это все "художественный прием" или что-то в этом роде. Но если этот прием делает персонажей нелогичными и раздражающими, то он, на мой взгляд, не работает.
В общем, к анимации вопросов нет, она на уровне. Но персонажи и их поведение… это часто просто кринж. И этот отрывок – яркое тому подтверждение.
