Picking up where Season 1 of the popular Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story left off, just as Yachiyo and Iroha were torn apart from each other in the season finale, Season 2 finally sees a collected release in this Blu-ray set!
Beautifully animated by SHAFT (Madoka Magica series), the production staff once again includes Gekidan Inucurry (Doroinu) in the role of chief director/series composition, aokiume for original main character concepts, and Akiyuki Shimbou from the original series as animation supervisor. The Blu-ray set includes all 8 episodes from Season 2, and all 4 episodes from the Final Season, with both English and Japanese audio, a booklet featuring end card illustrations from every episode, and a soundtrack CD.

I personally think Magika Madoka was sumptuous anime that rocked my world and my understanding of Magical girl. After this I searched for anime like Yuki Yusha Yuna , Mahou Shojou Site, Striker and many anime of the like Magical girl/gore.
Still I think now they are exaggerating with the adaptations and are just milking a very interesting story.

GOD, it’s been so long since I’ve seen the English logo…it hurts a little bit, honestly.
No wonder they didn’t bother releasing the dub in three packages, the third ‘season’ was four episodes and ig they didn’t want to hear more complaints about their practices

I wanted to finish season 2 on Funimation, but unfortunately due to their changes in what’s available with a subscription, that can’t happen for a while. But I’m just hoping we will get more updates on the upcoming Madoka film soon! I really liked season 1 of Magia Record, and I want to finish season 2.
