you can clearly see the reason why dub doesn't have what sub had, and it was their concept of recording, in which japanese dub does it with all the cast to have the feel of it and synch in acting it together, whilst english dub ends up looking like a fan made dub sometimes, which is why dragon ball really had great dubs because they'd record it together (Z), unlike most of dubs right now where they are pretty much recorded alone.

I usually don’t watch dub but if it’s Aleks Le, then I’ll do it.
what they didn't tell in this streaming for auditoning in japan some directors and maybe some mangaka, writer or scripwriter prefer a specific seiyuu for voicing specific character but still asked them to join audition & by default choose that person when they done the audition, even in our opinion maybe other seiyuu more suited to voicing that character than their preference
