I just noticed that,
Beatrice and Otto realized Lye (Gluttony) is impersonating Rem to meet and mock Subaru hence Beatrice said "Subaru will be hurt in a way that can never be undone". As both, Otto and Beatrice really cared about him so they were emotionally affected by Subaru's state visiting Rem at night, they then switch from trying to survive against Gluttony to trying to "end him".
