I dont know if it's just me but I dont like how Ryu's parents basically made him a second parent. Like, i get it that he's the older brother and its his responsibility to take care of his brother but it seems like his parents are always gone and he's the one left taking care of Kotaro. Your kids shouldn't have to spend all their time taking care of their siblings since he's a child himself. Like did he have time to himself at all? Or hang out with his friends? Did he even have any? I dont know if I'm over thinking this or not, It just seems to me that the parents basically made him kotaro's babysitter while they go out. I dont know, I guess from the time we see them in Ryu's perspective, it didnt seem like they were that good of parents to him
